I have seen Smith & Page perform a few times now and these two together are the real deal !!!!! Spectacular harmonies and a great song selection. Chucks guitar playing is awesome and Lisas voice is so clear..powerful and inspiring..one of the best singers around for sure.

Hey Chucky, since you gave me a copy of tour new CD 612, its been playing everyday in my truck where ever I go. What a great follow up to your debut CD Maze of Souls. Your guitar work on 612 is Awesome! Definitely a Guitar Player's record with rocking rhythms and screaming lead solos. Tim Langan's Bass skillz are just off the hook! I knew he was Amazing but he steps beyond the limits on these tracks. Intricate Bass lines along with some Heavy Crunch! And not to mention the keyboards composed into the mix. Peter Greco has always been one of my Favourite Drummers to listen to and watch. Always keeping it fresh and laying down solid beats. Love the double bass work in this album. Very tastefully done my Friend. Lisa Smith, the voice of an Angel right here on Earth. You can just feel her emotions on this record as she sings her stories to you. Be sure to catch Lisa Smiths Powerhaus LIVE! Ask about their new CD 612 available for sale at their shows and online. Great job guys and thank you for your gift of Music.

Lisa Smiths Powerhaus rocked McGradies last night, bringing their party power to the house and a whole lot of good music too! An awesome night for the band as it was Tim's 50th birthday. Yum, cake! Tim was overjoyed seeing all of his dedicated friends come out to the show on this special occasion. What an amazing performance featuring songs off of their debut CD "Maze of Souls like "Crazy for You" and the hit single "Rat" which was #1 for 19 consecutive weeks on MusicLynk Internet radio. Rockin covers by bands like Whitesnake, Stevie Ray Vaughan and my personal favorite, Buckcherry's "Crazy Bitch" filled out three monster sets. Lisa Smith full of powerful vocals, Chuck Page wicked guitar riffs, Tim Langan groovy baselines, Peter Greco slammin drum solos. These 4 seasoned performers team up to make the perfect group. Dazzling lighting and sound make the show complete courtesy of Highway Starr. Lisa Smiths Powerhaus is a great hard rock band, Look for their new album coming out soon. This is one band you just can't miss! torontorox.com Authors Athena Neo and Billy Zee

Mnay years later I see what has come to fruition strength in body and mind and released incredible music. To say I am proud is an understatement. This is your destiny and your fufilling it Lisa. Now go and make your name and live those dreams you and I spoke of years ago. Remember don't let any one say you can't achiev what is now before you.awesome hon well done. Lindsay

Hi Chuck; Awesome time seeing you and Lisa on Friday at McGraety’s. The band sounds so great, tight, full of passion and electrifying. I loved each song. I left your place just before 2am. Drove east to PEI. I had a wonderful time listening to the CD that I got from you, for 30 hours. Thank you so much for offering the CD. I wanted to catch your act before I went back east. Your guitar work is stunning, just breathtaking Chuck. Lisa has such a full voice, and her range is awesome. She can really get up there, real high registers. You even snuck in a recorder for a few bars, into one of the songs. Added a wonderful medieval sound. Well done. Cold and wet here in Charlottetown. If you have an email letter for the fans, please feel free to add my address. Peace my brother. Best to Lisa. And the beat goes on, thanks to musicians like you and Lisa……the rock and roll flame burns bright!! Ross

Lisa Smiths Powerhaus review from one of the biggest most influential entertainment companies in the US. WOW WOW WOW Thank you Lisa Smiths Powerhaus review from one of the biggest most influential entertainment companies in the US. WOW WOW WOW Thank you so much Ugene it was very nice to be selected and included with some of the largest rock n roll acts in the world!! . Thank You !! Foley Entertainment, Inc. - Music Consultants (Mar-Jun '11) First Reviewed: May 27, 2011 Status: Selected Updated On: May 27, 2011 Response: RATING SCALE "1" Indicates the Lowest Score "5" Indicates The Highest Score Recording Quality/Production: 4 Lead Vocals: 4.5 Musicianship: 4.5 Lyric Writing: 4 Music Composing: 4 Melodies: 5 Song Arrangement: 4 Quality of EPK Content: 4 Overall Delivery: 4 Dear Lisa, Thanks for submitting the material for the evaluation. I enjoyed the songs very much. Your lead vocals are outstanding and the musicianship was quite impressive as well. It was a pleasure hearing songs delivered with this much power and confidence. To give you insight to the scoring scale above, the majority of artists score in the 2.5 to 3.5 range in the various categories. Whenever an artist sees a 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3 or 3.5 as a score in a certain category (or categories) it means that's an area I feel they need to improve and develop. When an artist sees 4, 4.5 or 5 as their score in a category, it's a validation from a professional, confirming that the songs are of the highest level and show strong potential in the ultra-competitive music industry. To really raise the bar, every artist should work hard to earn a 4.5 or 5 in every category. It's a very competitive business and people averaging in the 3's (or less) will probably not get too far without a great deal of improvement and development. I don't give out 4's and 5's easily, so any of those you see, you have earned. Well done!

Friggin' awesome!! Great job on the CD guys! I wish I would have known sooner. No worries, you're in my IBM jukebox now and guaranteed some heavy rotation here....8) Geez Lisa, it's been awhile and I forgot how similar our influences are. Someone could switch our mp3 players and we probably wouldn't even know....lol. The missing years have been very good to you. I wouldn't have believed that there was much room for improvement even back in the day. Shows how 'toopit I am lol. And Chuck, you rock man! Seems like we might have some similar influences too ;). And thanks for using and making excellent use of all the lead room in Say Whatchu Want... it was put there for reasons I don't have to explain to you. Peter And Neil, I'm in the process of starting a new project, so if you're interested just keep it on the down-low from Lisa & Chuck. I can't cover travel expenses for practices, but I will buy my own beer sometimes. Seriously P&N, you guys are the spine. Great work...! Anyway, don't stop now. I want another one! billy

Lisa Smith’s Powerhaus – Maze Of Souls When you mention ‘hard hitting’ and ‘female fronted rock’ in the same sentence, most people will immediately think of Heart and maybe Pat Benatar. But that would be missing the point. The mid 80s, in particular, were a hotbed for some wonderful big hair rock bands – Saraya, Vixen and Fiona, to mention but three. A glorious and often overlooked era. But Lisa Smith’s Powerhaus are about to redress that balance. And as ‘real’ rock continues to make a welcome resurgence with critical acclaim for great albums by big name acts such as Whitesnake, AC/DC and Saxon, what the world needs is some young pretenders to take on the mantle. And Powerhaus – fronted by Lisa Smith and Chuck Page look ready to pick up that gauntlet, with swagger and poise. Formed in Toronto in 2006, Lisa – inspired by the likes of Coverdale, Dio and Halford - was previously vocalist with goth rock band Exovedate. By contrast, Chuck – with had a handful of self-produced albums to his name - was very much grounded in the blues-rock of Beck, Page and Clapton. The coming together of these two is nothing short of seismic. And if you don’t believe me, delve straight into Maze Of Souls at track 6 – Rat – and get ready to rock! Some of the best female rock vocals in an age and searing blues based lead guitar work that will remove your facial hair. Maze Of Souls combines Derek And The Dominoes, with early Sabbath, big hair rock, and ZZ Top and somehow – and here’s the trick – sounds remarkably fresh and contemporary. Female fronted guitar rock hasn’t sounded this good for a decade or more. And oh, how we’ve missed it. Highly recommended. ***** Pete Whalley - getreadytorock.com (Jan 26, 2009)

I received the album in the mail yesterday and listened to it right away. I agree, this is the best stuff you've done. Lisa has great pipes, and Pete as usual is spectacular. I wasn't 1 bar into the first song before I recognized his ride cymbal. My only criticism which is purely from a bass player perspective is that the bass player is playing too many notes. Your style as a guitar player demands some space, so I'd like to hear the bass player lay back and let your playing breath, and he shouldn't be right on top of Peter, it'd be nice to hear more of a "groove" as it were. The guitar work on the album was super impressive. I loved the leads, mostly for two reasons: The first is the scope of different approaches you took to the leads, they each had a different sound, but they all sounded like you, your style still comes through. The second is that you are playing more restrained, less notes, but more thoughtful notes. Of course on a few leads you really let it rip and you were shredding as good as any shredder I've ever heard. But even more then the leads I loved the rhythm guitar work. The sounds you are getting out of your guitar are fantastic, just really cool sounding, really tight. And also the way you move around the beat, not stepping on it. I think this is a product of playing with Peter. Peter was always my favorite drummer because I could float either ahead of/ or behind his beat and still stay tight sounding, this of course gives the song a more human and soulful feel, and even though a studio track it gives the songs a "live" feel. I really liked the production, so hats off to Jim Zolis Tell Peter he's looking very "svelt"
